Terminal availability and release
Identify the terminal, container size and type, loaded weight, availability, and release status. A vessel arrival alone does not establish that a container is ready for collection. Include known appointment constraints and the last free day if available.
Delivery and empty return
Confirm whether delivery requires live unloading or a drop, and how the empty container will be returned. Ask what the quote includes and how waiting, storage, equipment use, or extra trips would be handled.
